PRI
This product offers a high-speed, intelligent connection to the Verizon network. ISDN PRI - Local supports voice, data, video, and applications such as: Internet Access, Remote LAN Access, Call Centers, Disaster Recovery, and File Transfer. It supports simultaneous voice and digital data calls over an industry standard primary rate interface T1 (1.544 Mbps) using the ISDN PRI architecture of 23 "B" channels and one "D" channel or 24 "B" channels. All signaling on the D-channel is delivered on a separate packet switched network and a single D-channel can support multiple PRIs.

Centrex Line Service (Centranet)
Centrex, a former Verizon ESG product, is a fully managed, network-hosted phone service that replicates most of the functionalities of an on-site PBX system. With Centrex, Verizon Business has mastered the most utilized, day-to-day voice features that customers actually use on a regular basis. Centrex technology is kept current, as the offering is a dedicated part of the CO switch. The CO switch is updated regularly as an on-going natural evolution of Verizon’s network. Through this upgrade process, the value proposition of no-risk innovation to the customer is kept constant. Technology risk is removed from the customer, as there is no technology management, assessment, reviews, or investments required by customers.
