Our founder Micah Bevitz started iTelecom after years in the industry because he knew that there was a better way to service both agents and customers. iTelecom was created on the principle that our most important job is to provide best-in-class support. For customers, that means asking the appropriate questions up front, identifying the right solutions to meet their needs at the best possible costs and providing best-in-class customer service every step of the way.
